Is this an online class or physical class?

This is an online class, conducted live via Zoom.
Parents can learn together with their children.
Our online classrooms have a chat room that your child can ask questions.
Notes and assignments can be downloaded.
If your child misses the lesson, we will email you the replay.

What Your Child Needs:

– Stable Internet Connection
– PC, Tablet or Phone
– Microphone

What happens after I have made payment?

After payment, an email receipt will be sent to your inbox. Your registration is confirmed.

You can access the Zoom links and Worksheets after you log in to your account.

But my child has CCA and remedial classes that clashes with your schedule! What can I do?

Due to the popularity of our classes, we do not pro-rate fees anymore. We strongly encourage your child to come for all three days.

If your child misses the lessons, your child can watch the replays after class.

I've signed up for the PSLE Intensive Course but I just found out that my child cannot attend. Can I get a refund or can you pro-rate my fees?

Sorry, once you’ve signed up, we will close your space to the public, and reject students when the classes are full. Again, we don’t entertain refunds or pro-rating of fees. You can always watch the lesson replays if you missed a particular segment. And we will still provide marking and support for the holiday programme assignments.

Is lunch/dinner provided?

Sorry, it is not provided.

Can I choose both Science and Chinese or English and Math since they are happening at the same time?

Yes, we have multiple runs for each subject. You can sign up for different runs for each subject so that your child can attend all of them.

If you sign up for subjects that happen at the same time, your child can still learn from the notes and replays for missed lessons.

What is your class size?

We may accept up to 50 students in our online lessons.

Your class is huge? How can you teach such a big class?

Our classes are big because our teaching methods are popular and effective.

The results from our past students have proven that the class size has little impact on the results.

In fact, students in our bigger classes outperformed students in our smaller classes.

It is the teacher’s ability and quality of the materials that matter.

My child has attended before. Are the contents the same?

For Math and Science, the contents are different. Your child can attend again.

For English and Chinese, the notes are the same but the questions are different. We will give a 50% discount if your child has attended before. Simply reach out to our admin after you have signed up. Our admin will check our records and refund if necessary.
