At Grade Solution, we go for really intensive lessons that aim to clear all fundamental misconceptions that your child may currently have. We start off by making sure that your child can do well for section A/B for Math and Science, and score well for English Booklet A.
Then, as we identify the strengths and weaknesses of your child.
We will adapt and customise our lesson plans to suit him or her.
As the classes progress, our lessons get more intensive. We focus more on teaching your child to answer correctly using the right keywords for Science.
We will teach your child how to analyse and solve problem sums accurately for Math. We will teach your child how to score in the comprehension OE, comprehension cloze and write beautiful essays for English.

Once you enrol for our online classes at Grade Solution Learning Centre, you can contact our homework helper using Whatsapp to ask us any homework related questions! (We will reply you within 1 day.) You can also submit as many practice compositions or situational writing pieces as you want. Our Marking Team will mark and get back to you within 3-5 working days.

FAQ
1. How do I pay the fees?
Fees are auto-charged monthly via credit card. The renewal date is on the 23rd of each month.
Fees are fixed monthly regardless of the number of lessons in a month. There are no discounts for taking multiple subjects or siblings’ discounts.
If a lesson falls on a public holiday, there will not be any lesson but the materials will be provided.
2. How do I cancel the subscription?
You can log in to our Parent Portal to cancel your subscription anytime. Your credit card will not be charged anymore after you cancelled.
There will not be any refunds for fees paid after the renewal date.
3. What is the deposit for?
The deposit will be used to reserve your child’s space. We need a one-month notice for stopping of lessons. The deposit will be used to offset the last month fees.
4. What happens if my child misses a class?
If your child misses a lesson, your child can come for makeup lesson in the same week.
If there is no physical lesson available for makeup, your child can attend our zoom lesson for makeup.
If not, we will provide an online replay of the lesson and all the materials for the lesson.
Fees will not be prorated.
5. What is your class size?
Our class size differs according to the size of our classrooms.
In general, our classrooms at Kovan and Clementi branches are smaller which can only sit up to 12 students per class.
Our classrooms at the Bugis branch are bigger and can sit up to 40 students per class.
However, our class sizes are greatly reduced due to Covid-19 to ensure safe distancing measures.
Do enroll fast as spaces are very limited!
6. Your class size is huge! How can you teach such a big class?
Our classes are big because our teaching methods are popular and effective.
The results from our past students have proven that class sizes has little impact on the results.
In fact, students in our bigger classes outperformed students in our smaller classes.
It is the teacher’s ability and quality of the materials which we can deliver.
7. How do I register for the classes?

If your child is new to our centre, you will need to create a new account.
If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forget Password” to reset your password.
8. Do you offer a free trial?
Sorry, we do not have a free trial at Grade Solution as our spaces are very limited.
If you need to have a trial of our teaching methods, you can try out the pre-recorded online courses at our affiliated websites, Writingsamurai.com, Jimmymaths.com, or Scienceshifu.com.
There are many resources which you can download for free there too.
9. I do not have a credit card. Can I pay at your centre?
Yes, we can accept NETS, cheque, or Cash at our centre.
