Frequently Asked Questions
Fees are collected one Term at a time, in full, in advance. The academic year is divided into four Terms: Term 1 (Nov – Jan), Term 2 (Feb – Apr), Term 3 (May – Jul), and Term 4 (Aug – Oct).
Fees for the upcoming Term will be automatically charged via credit card on the 23rd of the month prior to the month in which the current Term ends, unless cancelled before the renewal date. For example, where a Term ends on 31 Apr, fees for the following Term will be auto-charged on 23 Mar.
If a lesson falls on a public holiday, there will not be any lesson but we will arrange a makeup class.
You can log in to our Parent Portal to cancel your subscription anytime. Your credit card will not be charged anymore after you cancelled.
There will not be any refunds for fees paid after the renewal date (23rd of each month).
Yes, your child can either attend a makeup physical class or online zoom class. The contents will be the same.
If you miss a lesson, you can do a make-up within the same weekend (E.g – miss on Friday, make up on Saturday).
You will have access to the Zoom links of all the other classes for make up lessons once you sign up.
If you can’t attend any of the classes, you can still watch the recordings of the Zoom classes.
There is around 15 students per class in our physical lessons.
The contents are the same. Physical classes run for 2 hours, while online classes run for 1.5 hours. Physical students complete their homework in class and hand it to the teacher at the end of each lesson. Online students do their homework at home and submit it online before the next lesson.

Sorry, we do not have any classes for G1 and IB students because the syllabus are different and we do not have sufficient manpower and resources to create resources for them.
